We can’t wait to bring you all together for an in-person event in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland on the 23rd of July. The event is called Letting Go to Lead: Power and Trust in Philanthropy.

This workshop will delve into:  

  • What is mana-enhancing practise and why is it important for our funding system and communities for funders to adopt? 

  • Examples of mana-enhancing funding processes.  

  • Examples of how an organisation can adapt their practises to be more mana-enhancing - how to let go to lead – power and trust in philanthropy.

  • What does a mana-enhancing relationship with community look like? 

  • What are some core tools you can take back to your staff and boards to help this conversation along, resulting in change?  

    When: Thursday 23rd July
    Where: The Ellen Melville Centre, Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland 
    Who for: All funders (you do not need to be a member of Philanthropy NZ to attend)
    Cost: Philanthropy NZ members $55+gst per person, non-members $90+gst per person
